At the core of the National program is the creation of a citizen worthy of the state and the planet, for the purpose of which the Lyceum shows a multifaceted approach in organizing the education of gifted children.

Primary, Middle, and High Schools of the Shirakatsy Lyceum are accredited to provide International Baccalaureate (IB) education programs, and only Shirakatsy Lyceum in Armenia offers all three baccalaureate programs.
The Primary School was accredited by the IB Office in 2013 and the Middle and High Schools in 2014. In order to continuously control the quality of education and to improve the ways of its implementation, the IB Office carries out periodic quality assessments. Today IB programs are implemented in 5,700+ schools in 160 countries. The Lyceum is one of the schools implementing three consecutive programs.

The Round Square international network unites more than 250 innovative schools in 50 countries on 6 continents, which form high moral and civic values and qualities in their students.
In 2010, Shirakatsy Lyceum became the first in the region to become a full member of the international network of Round Square International Schools. Prestigious membership of the Round Square global network provides access to annual conferences, exchange programs and various events.

Shirakatsy Lyceum has been a member of the Council of International Schools since July 2022.
The Council of International Schools (CIS) is a global organization of over 1,500 schools and universities from 120+ countries around the world. CIS is one of the world's leading organizations in the field of evaluation and accreditation of educational institutions.
International accreditation of the CIS is recognized by ministries, educational institutions and universities of different countries as a sign of a high-quality international educational institution.

Since 2017, the "Shirakatsy Lyceum" Development Fund has resumed its active activities.
With its work, the foundation aims to morally and materially support the International Scientific-Educational Complex "Shirakatsy Lyceum" in the development of educational, sports, cultural, recreational and other spheres.
